  • Undertaking the role of Superintendent under AS2124:1992 requirements to supervise civil and electrical construction contractors in the execution of the works required.
  • Verification of construction activities to enable assessment and recommendation of contractor progress claims
  • Assessment of variations to construction and electrical contracts requested by contractor or initiated throughout construction phase
  • Site inspections and regular meetings with contractors
  • Liaison with other consultants/utilities as required
